A+ Member's Reward FAQ

To become a member, just visit the official ADATA website and register for free. You can take part in the 'A+ Membership Program' without the need to make any product purchases.

If you have questions about our tier levels, you can find detailed information regarding each level including benefits and requirements, on the A+ Member Reward website. Simply navigate to the "ADATA Member Tier" section for a comprehensive overview.

It's easy! We'll calculate your new level based on your existing gold, silver, or bronze status. For instance, if you were a gold member, you'll automatically become an "Ambassador" in the new ranking system.

No worries! Your ADATA membership is permanent and won't expire. However, please note that the expiration period for A+ points is one year!

A+ Points employ an annual settlement system. Each December, unused A+ Points from the previous year are tallied and these points expire at the end of January the following year.

A+ Points accumulated in 2024 will be reviewed in December 2025 and unused points will expire on January 31, 2026.

We will send a reminder notification each January regarding points that are about to expire. Please make sure to check the member area or your registered email.

Unfortunately, the validity of unused points cannot be extended. Please make sure to use them before they expire.

It's easy! Simply join our member missions, like product reviews, flip-and-match, scratchers, and more, which we release every quarter. It's a fun way to earn different amounts of A+ points and boost your rewards!
